Holds an MA and PhD in English Literature from Bar-Ilan University. Since 2004, she has been teaching courses on English literature and English as a second language at David Yellin Academic College of Education in Jerusalem. In her courses, she places emphasis on and teaches how to acquire technological and 21^st-century skills by extensively using of advanced technologies as part of the studied material and the tools she uses.

Dr. Sundick is an expert in online teaching, and has taught online courses on creative writing, children’s literature, literature, and English for academic purposes. Since 2009, she has been teaching editing at the Department of Continuing Education. At David Yellin Academic College of Education, she initiates peer learning, hence it is hardly surprising that she decided to join the TEC Center initiative at MOFET Institute, and to create an English literature course together with other lecturers from various colleges in Israel.

Since 2014, she has been involved in teaching an online course at TEC Center on Exploring Cultures Through Literature Written in English. This year she is heading the course together with Dr. Manal Yazbak Abu-Ahmad from College of Sakhnin for Teacher Education.
