TEC Center is a cross-cultural program that operates through the joint efforts of:

• The Pedagogical Secretariat at the Ministry of Education
• Kibbutzim College of Education, Technology and the Arts
• MOFET Institute

TEC Center collaborates with numerous researchers and organizations around the world, as well as:

• The NEAR Educational Organization, which works in close cooperation with the TEC4Schools Program, and in effect expands the program’s activities to dozens of additional schools through joint multicultural activities between local authorities in Israel’s various population sectors, in accordance with the TEC Model.
