The TEC4Schools team is composed of prominent instructors and educators in fields that incorporate cultural diversity, technology in education, and expertise in the various areas of educational content.

Program Director: Riva Spiegel

Riva is also a teacher instructor in the program. She holds an MEd in Educational Technology from Kibbutzim College of Education, Technology and the Arts, and implements and assimilates digital pedagogy adapted to 21st-century skills. She has extensive experience in authoring online learning units, instructing teachers, and directing assimilation programs.

In Charge of The Program’s Technology: Howie Gordon

Howie holds an MEd in Educational Technology, he is a member of the TEC4Schools management, instructs English teachers in the Jerusalem District on digital tools to advance English teaching, national ICT instructor for the Chief Inspector for English, Chair of the School Twinning Committee at BeYachad Partnership (Jewish Agency) between Beit Shemesh, Mateh Yehuda Region, and South Africa. He teaches beginning teachers at David Yellin Academic College of Education in Jerusalem and Achva Academic College, and is a teaching assistant at Kibbutzim College of Education, Technology and the Arts. Howie is a Google Certified Innovator.

The Program’s Technical and Administrative Coordinator: Ayelet Segal

Ayelet was an outstanding teacher on the program, who went on to become an instructor, and finally, for the past several years, the program’s mythological technical and administrative coordinator. Ayelet maintains contact with and experience in the field, and also instructs several clusters in the program, especially in geography.

The Program’s Instructors

The program has some 15 instructors from all population sectors, from all over the country, and new instructors join the program every year.
