Challenges of Educating for Equity in a Pandemic

<p dir=”ltr” style=”text-align: left;”>In this talk, I will discuss how school closures have revealed and intensified existing inequities in U.S. education, rather than creating new forms of inequity.  I discuss various approaches that districts and institutions are taking to modify school design and teacher training to address these inequities, although I also note there are no easy or obvious answers.</p> <p dir=”ltr”>
